Alpine Vows
A fast, hand-built website for a Colorado elopement photographer.
What it is
Alpine Vows photographs intentional mountain elopements and micro weddings across Colorado. The website has two jobs: let the photographs do the talking, and get couples planning.
What we did
- Rebuilt the homepage by hand, keeping the look it already had
- Resized every photo and served it in modern formats, so the big images arrive quickly
- Served it from Cloudflare with no third-party requests at all
- Checked it with Lighthouse on phone and desktop, three runs each
The difference
Lighthouse scores for the homepage, before and after the rebuild (median of three runs each).
